Welcome to Nassau Equestrian Center! Previously known as Old Mill Farm, NEC is a full service, multi-disciplinary equestrian facility located in Jericho, NY. The center is on more than 45 acres of grass paddocks and riding areas, as well as a 5 acre grass hunt course. We are surrounded by bridle paths which connect to the Muttontown Preserve, Christie Field, the campus at SUNY Old Westbury, the Hall Estate and a view of the King Zog Ruins.
Here at Nassau Equestrian Center, we offer a multitude of services; whether youre interested in taking , or leasing a horse, trail riding or participating in we have a program that will fit your needs.
We offer riding instruction with private, semi-private or group for all ages and skill levels.
Instructed Trail Rides are available for 2 to 4 students at a time, ages 12 and up. Each trail ride is guided by an experienced instructor.
is a great way for kids to learn basic horsemanship skills and to further their knowledge of riding. Pony Camp is also available for younger kids!
We are proud to be Nassau Countys affordale facility with clean, well maintained stables and arenas, and all day turn-out in grass paddocks. We take great pride in caring for your horse. We offer hay and feed, turn out, blanketing, clipping, lunging and exercising for a fee, as well as many other extra services.
If youre interested in leasing a horse, we will gladly assist in finding the right horse to match your riding skills. Whether you want to lease short-term or long-term, our knowledge and experience will help us to find the right horse for you.
